I am the owner of a tattoo parlor, and I have a skill called yin and yang embroidery. When I was learning this skill, my master used to give me three rules; one: those who are ferocious and violent should not be tattooed. Two: The adulterous and wicked shall not be tattooed. Two: those who are unforgivable shall not be tattooed. I've always obeyed the legacy, but it all changed the moment Wang Hu broke into my tattoo parlor.
